The Supreme Court, much like many other courts across the nation, today refused to hear the merits of the Texas lawsuit. Other lawsuits also have been refused in our nation’s lower courts without evidence and not on their merits. The harmful consequences of fraud committed against the nation’s electorate based on improper election vote procedures will not be heard in the Supreme Court nor apparently in any other lower court in the land. How can this be?

Perhaps part of the answer lies in President Trump’s strategy to have isssues surrounding election fraud be heard by the Supreme Court. Rudi Juliani didn’t allege fraud. Instead he tried to get his cases addressed on the basis of recent inappropriate changes to election procedure and 14th Amendment equal protection concerns stemming from inconsistent county to county election procedures. This strategy of attacking the fraud indirectly through procedures was expected to demand less from the courts because the court wouldn’t have to rule directly upon the direct evidence of fraud. Was an opportunity missed by not alleging fraud early in these cases? Maybe. But the courts don’t seem to be disposed to rule on inappropriate election procedures.

Will they be willing to address fraud if that is charged directly? I wonder if that strategy could succeed.

What’s left? I’ve heard witness testimony on-line of fraud and I’ve become convinced that fraud happened in the 2020 election. I believe that a court should hear this evidence of crime. More than half the nation believes that fraud happened during the 2020 election. I’ve read computer expert’s affadavits on-line saying that there was fraud in the Dominion voting machine tally. I’ve read that foreign nations influenced our 2020 election vote counts through nodes in the Dominion machines. I’ve heard from witnesses about USB drives that were used to alter vote counting algorithms illegally. I’ve read about illegal modems and illegal routers that connected Dominion machines to the internet illegally. How can these legitimate concerns and multiple kinds of damning evidence of fraud continue to be ignored?

Is a different strategy still available and where should this fraud evidence be addressed? Can the Trump team more aggressively attack frauds by a series of direct accusations of fraud in a court of law?

We know the judicial system hasn’t helped us so far to get faulty election procedures addressed. And it would be proper to address election fraud as a crime. But if a state’s Attorney General won’t address state fraud, how can it be rectified?

If states won’t prosecute fraud, can it be addressed in military courts when it involves foreign interference in U.S. election infrastructure? Election infrastructure has been classified as critical to national security. Perhaps the military will address foreign election interference.

ADDENDUM: 12 Dec 2020: According to the National File, Sidney Powell has filed four more cases with the Supreme Court in which her plaintiffs have standing. These cases involve four state elections in Arizona, Michigan, Georgia and Wisconsin. She continues to fight the fraudulent election votes tallied by Dominion voting machines in algorithm directed error.

Today, the election fog was thick.

Many sources continue to claim there is no evidence of fraud despite several legal affidavits which describe particular instances of fraud. They are a form of evidence. When a video surfaced in Georgia showing ballot stuffing, it was purported to have been debunked and then the debunker was debunked. Is that video now bunk or not bunk…probably not bunk. Were there any arrests for that ballot stuffing?

In spite of Dominion machines failing to pass tests measuring fidelity, Georgia officials continue to pursue election certification. Where is the FBI and why aren’t they arresting anyone for the federal crime of defrauding an election? I hear of Dominion machine findings that show algorithms at work cheating the election yet I don’t hear about any arrests. Why are there no arrests of the people in charge of certifying the machines? Dominion failed to attend a fact finding trial in Pennsylvania. Are the owners of Dominion under arrest?

Judges and lawyers continue to squabble about legal details. Widespread reports are making fun of various actors in this harlequin election dance. We seem to be moving away from real issues and true information. Jesters get your hats in order, put bells on your shoes because there’s no sign of sanity in the narrative. There’s no orderliness in the legal processes and there many not be any time soon.

ADDENDUM: 08 Dec 2020: The Supreme Court has primary jurisdiction when one state sues one or more other states. In the nick of time, Texas has just filed suit against Wisconsin, Georgia, Pennsylvania and Michigan and subsequently, Louisiana joined in that suit. Their suit is based on the idea that election frauds in other states damage the votes of Texans and Louisianans. There are two parts of the suits and both argue that the four Battleground states listed in the suit performed voting that was unconstitutional. The first part is the accusation that improper voting procedures outside the state legislature’s requirements were instituted as prompted by the executive or judicial in those Battleground states when the legislature has the only valid standing to change election procedures. That makes the new procedures invalid according to the suit. The other part of the suit is a 14th Amendment Equal Protection argument that says that procedures must be consistent in each county but during the 2020 election, different standards of care were implemented in some counties as compared to others over issues such as signature verification and absentee ballot processing. The Supremes have agreed to take arguments for the lawsuit into consideration. So now election wrangling has another avenue of exploration which may lead eventually to some sort of repair for reported election frauds. Hopefully the Supremes will accomplish it without too many more jester hats and bells from the media.

ADDENDUM: 10 Dec 2020, right now there are 17 states that have joined in the Texas lawsuit. For now, the defendant states have been told to submit their replies to the lawsuit by Thursday afternoon. What will be the outcome? We all shall soon know. Meanwhile, the results of Dominion voting machine forensic investigations are still pending and we all await their announcement which could come at any time. Will these efforts help us to have more honest elections in the future? Will they resolve the election troubles of 2020? I hope so.

ADDENDUM: 11 Dec; the Supreme Court decided that the Texas lawsuit didn’t have standing to be heard. A lot of evidence has yet to make a court appearance because no court has yet heard evidence of fraud and all of the court cases to date have been rejected not on the merits of the cases but rather on issues only of standing. Will a more aggressive lawsuit that directly addresses fraud be more successful? Perhaps that will be the next step. Perhaps also, state legislatures will intervene because issues of fraud are becoming known by the public more widely.

Sidney Powell and Lin Wood arguing in front of Judge Timothy C. Batten Sr., on November 29th, in the Northern District of Georgia, convinced the judge to prevent data from being changed in a machine reset in some Dominion machines that were used in the Nov 3rd election in at least three Georgia counties. Powell and Lin said the Fulton County machines had already been reset for no known reason and that they want to preserve the data in as many as 10 other counties.

Powell claims that her team has surmised that Dominion machines weighted votes illegally to favor a Biden win in Georgia. Every 100 votes for President Trump were recorded as 78 and every 100 votes for Biden were recorded as 122. The margin of .44 was necessary to insure Biden’s dominance. If something like that is found to be true in the other counties it will mean that Joe Biden didn’t win in Georgia and it will also prove some serious monkey-business with the 2020 election.

When Judge Batten said that Powell was arguing without evidence to show him, she said that when she examinined a voting machine in Michigan that was used in the 2020 election, a weighted voting algorithm was discovered. The examination of Georgia voting machines would perhaps shed light on whether similar cheating happened there.

Powell says that she has 3 teams of experts ready to examine the Dominion machines without harming them or revealing trade secrets. The lawyer team in opposition to Powell and Lin, claimed that examining those machines would give Powell’s team the “keys to the software kingdom.” The opposition had claimed that examining those 3 counties’s machines would delay a subsequent run-off election. The judge granted the stay to prevent a machine reset.

From a later source, a Ware County Georgia test of a Dominion voting machine showed that for every 100 votes entered for President Trump in the test, he was credited with only 87 and for every 100 Biden votes entered in the test, Biden was given credit for 113. This test implies voter fraud ocurred in Georgia due to a weighted vote algorithm. The spread here was .26. The source is listed below.

I spent a lot of time today, three and a half hours, listening to witness testimony at the Michigan House Oversight Committee. I heard 5 witnesses. They were all credible and they were all caring Americans who came forward because they felt that they couldn’t do otherwise. One of them, Melissa Carrone, said that she and her children had been threatened. All five witnesses signed legal written affadavits that they were telling the truth. I feel tremendous admiration for them because many of them volunteered and then even continued to generously support our nation by giving testimony. I’m so proud of them and honored to have heard what they needed to tell Americans everywhere.

Jessy Jacobs testified at the Michigan House Oversight Committee as a ballot processor in Detroit at two different locations. She began by saying that she and others were told to backdate thousands of ballots. She also said her supervisors overseeing her job in ballot processing wanted her to pass through ballots that had unmatching signatures in absentee ballots when compared with voter signatures in the computer. She was also told to not ask voters who voted in person to present ID but she asked for ID anyway she said for her own peace of mind. She had worked in Detroit as an engineer for thirty four years and with her careful mind, she was offended by these policies to circumvent processes meant to guarantee vote integrity. As a devout Catholic, and American citizen who immigrated from India in 1986, she prayed about what would be the right thing to do. She gave long careful testimony that showed that the processes she witnessed were not in accord with the written manual of official procedures for ballot processing. One of the MI House Oversight Committe members told her that it isn’t a requirement for an in-person voter to present a driver’s license ID. He said that it isn’t necessary, but Jessy had read the manual and said that although other forms of ID can be presented, signatures on the external ballot envelope must match whatever ID is used for comparison. She also testified that she was presented with opened ballots that she didn’t know the origin of, at the TCF Center. They had already been opened improperly because they are supposed to be signature verified by the ballot processor who opens the ballot as soon as they are opened. The ballot processor is required to initial in two places showing that they confirmed the signature but these had not been initialed. Her supervisors wanted her to pass through everything without qualification.

Melissa Carrone was hired as an IT specialist from a temp agency. She has two degrees to help her solve computer problems. Her job was to do adjudication and tabulation processing using 20 – 24 Dominion voting machines. She said ballots were processed in groups of 50 and that there were 3 or 4 ballot jams per hour. When the group of 50 ballots jammed, Carrone said that the recommended procedure would be to identify the ballot that caused the jam and discard the scan of that batch that had been scored prior to the jam. The offending ballot would be removed because the computer would identify the number on the ballot. Then the ballots were released for rescan. Carrone said that people were failing to discard the already scanned ballots during the reload and that she saw batches rescanned enough to count more ballots than 50. She recalled rescans that totaled in hundreds even though each batch was only of 50. She said that ballots were being rescanned 10 times. She also said that ballots were being brought into the counting center from white vans that were supposed to be bringing food but instead were loaded with boxes of ballots. She was working at the TCF Center and she logged 27 hours. She had refused to work at the Chicago Warehouse where more illegal balloting processes were underway that she heard from a friend who saw them. She estimated at least 30,000 improper ballot totals from the machines that she was overseeing. She said her supervisors knew about the problems and would not help. She saw multiple instances of obvious cheating. Two other witnesses corroborated her story about reloaded ballots.

A retired Colonel with IT experience and training in cyberwarfare was also present and gave testimony. He was asked if the problems with Dominion machines are real. One of the members of the Michigan House Oversight Committee said that he’d heard news reports that said Dominion problems had been bunk. But the Colonel said that just the fact that fractional vote totals are present coming from Dominion machines is proof that algorithms are altering the votes because a vote total should be a whole number unless an algorithm has changed it. He said that an operative can easily insert a USB drive into a Dominion machine, activate an algorithm to change the vote total and remove the USB drive which hides fact that an alteration was made. He said that a retally of votes was done using Dominion machines in one county and that it showed an error rate thousands of times in excess of what is allowed. That error rate changed the outcome of school board elections in that county. The audience is left to wonder what caused the tally to change so much from Nov 3rd when the first tally was done compared to Nov 8th when the second tally was done.

I still can’t tell you or even myself what will happen next, but I sense that the narrative claiming that Joe Biden will be President because he earned the most votes is falling apart as more and more people continue to act as witnesses of improper balloting proceedures, and frauds. President Trump gave a speech on Dec 2nd outlining these frauds and I can tell from what he said that he is aware of the stories that I have just related to you. At the end of his Dec. 2nd speech he says that protecting voter integrity is the most important goal of his entire littany of accomplishments during his first term as our President.

Donald Trump is the Commander in Chief of the United States Armed Forces and he doesn’t have to use the United States court system to address and repair election frauds in 2020 even if it is possible to do that in our court system. What this could mean is war. But what kind of war?

I have hated wars all my life because I hate to waste the good things that could have happened instead of warfare. When you spend money on violence, it’s money that you can’t spend on something good. And I hate the losses of life and human potential that happen during wartime.

If it were possible to live without violence in every circumstance without sacrificing a moral and just existence I would do it. I have never struck a person in anger. But I have done some self defense training. Why would such a peaceful person do that? Because I believe that each of us is responsible for our own life and our own defense.

Now we face overwhelming evidence of election fraud which is a form of political violence.

In a just nation, the perpetrators of this election fraud would have already been arrested. Why haven’t they been arrested? In a properly run country, the voting machines would have been impounded by now. Why haven’t they been impounded? Because of corruption in a power game between political factions.

Neoliberalism in the United States has created more political factions than what we saw in earlier political periods. Some of these factions are vying for power without boundary. So many of today’s political actors want to chuck the United States Constitution, believing that they would be able to get more of what they want if people would stop telling them that the Constitution says they can’t do something. They want to obtain their offices in government that require an election by using voter fraud to cheat their way in. And then probably more voter fraud to remain in the office they never earned.

They are creating disorder in our elections in order to seize power from our elected President and from the voting public. These fraud perpetrators want to install an alternative power group in a Biden Administration that will siphon political power right out of the United States and destroy our nation.

The destruction is already underway in our nation’s monetary and fiscal policy where we are printing money in excess of our GDP. Bad fiscal and monetary policy has been going on since the Clinton Administration’s removal of Glass Steagall restrictions that once separated commercial and investment banking. The invention and ongoing development of derivatives unbalanced the monetary system and all the Federal Reserve experiments to cope with the 2008 Great Recession have failed to repair the damage from 2008. The current money overprinting under the flimsy covid excuse will eventually destroy our monetary system and undermine the property rights of all Americans.

Who knew as we watched the unfolding of this long standing fiscal recklessness that it would eventually lead to this moment?

President Donald Trump won the election. He is being pushed right out of an election that he won. Who is pushing? The media is pushing and Biden is enjoying that. And some state Governors are pushing and some state Secretaries of State are pushing.

Should President Trump go along with this push or does his oath require him to act? Will he declare that our nation is under attack?

Congress is mostly silent as though their interests are helped by this political election fraud. If voting machines have altered previous elections, then some of our Congress members may have been placed into office without the will of the voters and under foriegn influences. Do these Congress members feel that they have something in common with Biden? Are stolen elections part of their own success stories? Their behavior seems all wrong in the context of election fraud.

It is Congress that declares war. Will Congess support a declaration of national emergency with a further declaration of war? How can Congress or the President define a cyberwar that crosses several national boundaries? Does cyberwar vie for power that is independent of a national territory? Certainly in this instance of cyberwarfare the election is a prize worth cheating for.

What will President Donald Trump do if he can’t get satisfaction in the court system? Will it be a National Emergency or a war? That may be one appropriate response for a cyberwarfare attack on our elections. Why? Because foreign actors have been implicated in 2020 election frauds which have been reported from some sources to have included computer voting machine connections to servers in foreign nations.

Collectivist systems always devolve eventually toward totalitarianism. They do that because they scramble control mechanisms that help to balance political and economic interests that don’t agree. Neoliberalism is a form of collectivism. Constant warfare in the Middle East, irrational banking, a gross over-muliplication of laws have now created enough instability and chaos that our nation is in danger of being destroyed. Whether President Trump declares a National Emergency or Congress declares a war or a new imposter president Biden is installed, it looks like we are headed for stormy political circumstances.

Whatever happens, I think that the political and economic struggles in this 2020 year and later for an unknown period of time will only increase all of our worries.

Addendum: According to Bill Binney at https://mobile.twitter.com/Bill_Binney, “My understanding is all ballots are numbered. So if the AG or FBI want to find ballot stufing all they have to do is look for sequential/blocked ballot NRS in input sequence.” He wrote this comment in response to Attorney General Barr’s statement that he hasn’t seen evidence of fraud in the 2020 election that would alter the counts enough to change the election result. Binney asks the question of Barr and the FBI “why don’t you try to find evidence?” We Americans who don’t live in Washington D.C. can all see evidence of fraud in the 2020 election. Trying to pretend in Congress or in the office of the A.G. that evidence doesn’t exist abundantly and in obvious heaps is not working to convince the voting public that this election was within legal boundaries. The media’s contempt for an investigation into election fraud won’t work to convince us either. Binney, a former NSA member, in this view is like a lot of other Americans. Later, on 2nd December 2020, Barr stated that his investigation is not yet complete.

Addendum: Lin Wood in an interview on The John Fredericks Show on December 1st, said that there is more evidence that is coming out over the next days and weeks in addition to the affadavits that have been collected (some of which have been presented to the public as video and audio as the witnesses read them aloud). Recently Lin won the opportunity from a Georgia court to impound voting machines in 3 Georgia counties which are being examined for rogue algorithms that could affect election counts. A report will be generated shortly describing the findings. Lin also mentioned an executive order, Executive Order on Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election, from September, 2018. That order lists sanctions that will be applied against Americans who collude with foreign powers to damage our election processes in an effort to steal an election. That order also calls for sanctions against such foreign actors. President Trump wrote this executive order to help the United States proceed legally and efficiently to address election fraud similar to what we see now. Lin suggests that we all hold on to our hats and watch what happens as the evidence is presented. Lin declared that President Trump won the 2020 election and after the evidence is reviewed, he will get another four years in office.

Before I get going on this topic, I should pause and admit that most of the information that I have garnered about covid has been found on-line. It could be of questionable veracity because it’s easy to fake audio, video and information that is available on-line. I try to double check where I can by getting more information from other sources. I don’t work in healthcare right now but I once did. I have an education in microbiology and genetics and that also informs my on-line source materials. I have new books and old textbooks that help me to understand. I think that covid is being used to serve political and economic interests that mostly aren’t aligned with actual healthcare that helps people. What is their true purpose?

It looks like the purpose is economic disruption and political power grabbing.

It has become obvious lately that public service announcements and public health departments aren’t serving the public anymore. They blare, they distract, they engineer fearfulness but they serve no other purpose with regard to covid. They no longer satisfy their original purposes to inform and guide the public to help people stay healthy. They ignore information from real doctors and real patients. And there’s no reason to keep them operating today in this new context. Covid restrictions are unwarranted.

I heard an audio clip of people in Idaho a few days ago. Some people in Idaho on the clip are saying we should shut-down public health offices because those offices aren’t serving the public’s interest. They want to close down the offices and chain the doors. Do you agree?

Many people consider covid restrictions to be tyranny. Why?

Because officials that say masks are necessary to prevent infections are lying to the public. Because the PCR test for covid infection has been deliberately misused to create 90% false positive results which then lead to unnecessary quarantines. Because covid tests are fraudulent. Because a vaccine against covid isn’t necessary when the disease deathrate peaked in April. Because the covid deathrate is much lower than it was once thought to be and for most people represents a low risk. Because effective outpatient therapies would be available using hydroxychloroquine, azithromycin or ivermectin, except that doctors have been prevented from using these drugs.

Because our lives and families have been harmed by these covid public service antics. Because no one in history has isolated healthy people instead of people with active symptoms. Because, according to a Johns Hopkins economic analyst, covid hasn’t raised the overall deathrate this year.

Because a quarantine restriction isn’t indicated as a policy priority when a disease shows that it can’t be contained by a quarantine. Covid hasn’t been contained. Because a positive covid test is meaningless. Because a lot of people are immune and can’t get sick from covid.

Because such illnesses have always been a part of life on earth and restricting people’s livelihoods is wrong. Because all professions are essential and arbitrary restrictions of some professions and not others are unconstitutional under the 14th Amendment. Because in the U.S. federal and state governments aren’t supposed to be all-powerful and they are overstepping their allowed powers.

Because these covid fear mongering public servants don’t serve our interests or help people to be healthy. Because covid may have been used to initiate other tyrannies like election fraud. Because tyranny always has its reasons but none of them are adequate to continue tyranny.

Public service announcements should be informative. But covid announcement aren’t informing the public about facts. Instead they are supporting testing fraud and policies that aren’t based on health rationale.

Some would say that it isn’t the employees of these facilities that are at fault. Why should their jobs be lost for doing what they were told to do?

We saw something like that with Arthur Andersen. At Arthur Andersen when accountants failed to follow generally accepted accounting principles, hiding Enron’s bankruptcy, they undermined their own employment. That destroyed the retirement incomes of many. Arthur Andersen employees, once highly admired and successful, lost their jobs because they didn’t serve to protect the public as they were expected to do. We see a similar circumstance with covid policies that don’t support the public’s health and welfare.

Close all the public health offices down. Chain the doors.

End free public broadcasting: charge a fee for that propaganda.

Fire Fauci and Birx and all the other tyrannical mouthpieces.

I think that there’s a lot of harm in how our media is talking about or denying the various instances of election fraud that are now common knowledge but that still remain to be addressed in our courts.

Every time an American looks to on-line media to find out what’s happening there’s some source that claims that Biden will ascend to the Presidency and reinstall Obama-like strategies and there’s another source that claims that Trump will continue fighting and possibly remain for a second term continuing Trump Administration strategies.

It is painful to be pulled in such opposite directions with rhetorical positions that are creating discord and discomfort in a lot of hearts and minds with an unknown outcome that will impact our lives so differently.

I am hoping that our elections can be counted-on to be fair and to reflect the American voter’s choice. If they haven’t been fair this time, they might not have been fair for a while. And if they aren’t fair then they need to be fixed.

I wish that our media would focus more on how our elections are being maintained or repaired so that they can truly represent the people’s will. Our media sounds so much like propaganda and psychological warfare as it fails to address issues of concern to us all regarding the integrity of our voting system. The activist media is a terrible thing to listen to. I don’t trust them.

I recently read an argument where someone said that cheating an election to get a phony result could be moral. The argument was that if you knew that cheating would prevent a Hitler, then cheating would be ok. Knowing the future will only happen in a Stephen King screenplay like the one for The Dead Zone. But that’s fiction not politics in the real world. And it isn’t moral in The Dead Zone, it’s supernatural.

In real world politics, we keep good governance with the nation state system’s constitutions in each nation. Instead of relying on foreknowledge, we rely on a represenatative vote and the power of voters to remove an elected official if they fail to serve the public’s interest. When they fail us, we vote them out of office.

Some people say that election fraud is common and nothing to worry about. But if our votes are being changed by algorithm to completely alter election results, that’s a bigger problem than what we have seen before. It’s big enough to ruin us all and the nation state system as well.

Some assert that Real Politik requires politics by any method. I don’t think that’s better in the long run. What we see with neoliberal methods is destruction instead of growth. We get better politics with bounded instead of unlimited power options and we then get a better run social system.

Fair and representative elections are an important characteristic of American government. Authentic votes to determine winners and losers prevents tyranny. A representative vote matters everywhere in every voting nation.

There’s only a few weeks before we will know how this election fraud will shake out. I suggest we should all tune out the media most of the time as a saner choice. It’s important to keep political concerns from being overwhelming. Soon we will reach a condition of political resolution. I hope that it will allow us to understand and address the fraud that has happened.

Addendum: According to Sidney Powell in an interview on Newsmax, Nov 21st, claims of election fraud will be filed in court in several states on Wed or Fri of Thanksgiving week. Fraud was observed in several states and each one is slightly different in terms of the evidence collected. According to Powell it is completely reasonable for lawyers to take the amount of time necessary to prove fraud in court where evidence will be shown to prove the case. In no way does Powell believe that she owes evidence presentation to the media before the court date. Many await these court cases to discover more about fraud in the 2020 election. Election race outcomes of other candidates besides the Presidential candidates, according to Powell, may be affected.

Thank you to Rudi Juliani and to Sidney Powell for coming forward on a rushed schedule to tell Americans about election fraud. Many Americans have felt uneasy about the obvious cheating that occurred in 2020’s presidential election. Many realize that cheating in the election is an attack against our representative government. These attacks are a grave and terrible danger to the people of the United States.

Covid fear declarations continue to wail at all times during our daily public service announcements as radio broadcasting does what it can to distract Americans from the recent attack against the authentic vote, for which there is abundant evidence. There’s evidence through legal afidavits signed by witnesses of election fraud in counting rooms. There’s evidence of wrongdoing through mathematical analysis of vote trends over time. And there’s observations by experts in voting machine hacking and programming who can recognize the tell tale signs of fraud by algorithm. Some witnesses working for Dominion Voting Machines have come forward with testimony about vote fraud using Dominion machines. Several witnesses have said that Dominion machines were illegally connected to the internet. Dominion offices have been abandoned and a Dominion lawyer refused to meet with an investigative committee in Pennsylvania.

Juliani and Powell have already performed astonishing feats of evidentiary analysis as they race to assemble evidence to prove election fraud in court while they are budgeting their analysis to meet the Electoral College deadline. Media sources ridiculed Juliani’s appearance rather than commenting on cyberwarfare in our elections. Cyberwarfare should be the headlining story to cover because it affects all Americans.

President Trump fired the head of Homeland Security’s Cyber Security Expert, Chris Krebs on Nov 17. Krebs had claimed there’s no evidence of election fraud despite the Head of the Federal Election Commission stating that there’s election fraud. Even I, a person far from the election fracas in election vote counting rooms have to ignore claims by Krebs because I saw evidence of fraud in Michigan in Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai’s presentation, “Mathematical Analysis of Trump-Biden 2020 Election Vote Counts in Four Counties in the State of Michigan,” where three software engineers showed scatterplot graphs revealing vote switching (https://www.iceagenow.info/mit-statistician-shows-certainty-of-massive-computer-voter-fraud-in-2020-presidential-election/). I think that Krebs must have known about election fraud and lied to us, hence his dismissal. Despite Krebs dismissal, I heard a radio announcer today declare that the Department of Homeland Security says there’s no fraud, probably quoting Krebs without saying that he’s been fired. We obviously can’t rely on many U.S. media sources to keep us informed about the 2020 election.

Our nation is under attack in our 2020 elections. I hope our attackers are arrested and get the penalty that they deserve for voter fraud which is a federal crime. According to an attorney who is an expert in election fraud, Trump’s legal team has already met the minimum standard for election fraud worthy of a trial. That minimum standard is having enough provable fraud to change the election result. There’s plenty of that. The attorney specializing in election fraud also said that when Republican Election Observers were banished from counting rooms that was illegal and of great concern. Congress has signed a declaration that at this time, there’s no President-elect because the election has yet to be certified.

I’m not a lawyer, so I don’t know what kinds of legal arguments and legal evidence our courts will consider with regard to vote cheating by algorithm. I feel impatient for our courts to rule on voter machine election fraud because I’m hoping that the courts will be able to rule in a way that restores the public’s confidence in our voter processes and puts election fakers in federal prison. That’s a reasonable thing to hope for but will our courts achieve it? And I hope that we can prevent voter fraud in the future despite the number of people in government who seem to hunger for it.

Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai’s presentation,”Mathematical Analysis of Trump-Biden 2020 Election Vote Counts in Four Counties in the state of Michigan,” (see: http://www.iceagenow.info/mit-statistician-shows-certainly-of-massive-computer-fraud-in-2020-presidential-election/ ) convinced me that voter machine fraud has really happened. His scatterplots tell a story of how to use a computer to fake an election outcome. In fact, I’m worried about all the races, not just the Presidential race and even races in previous election years.

Meanwhile, I’m hearing some wild stories. I’ve heard two stories in different cities about how a person uploaded a memory card or inserted a thumb drive into a voting machine to alter the outcome of a political race by adding thousands of votes. That’s different from what I would expect to happen during the tally phase of voting.

I’ve heard of improper updates performed on voter machines illegally during a vote count or right before the counting started even though the machines had already been inspected and no other vote programming updates were allowed at those times. Some of these updates were blamed for vote machine crashes that happened during the count.

And I’ve read about routers that connected voting machines to the internet illegally. The voting machines aren’t just suspected now of fraud. They stink to high heaven of fraud, and the response in the press and in Washington D.C. seems to be one of quiet restraint or even disinformation that may show both collusion and foreknowledge. But there’s still more to trigger vote suspicions.

In several battleground states that were counting votes in the middle of the night, the vote count was stopped and then resumed in a way that looks like an improper procedure. Some people assume that the stoppage allowed a vote inventory so that more fake votes of a necessary but not excessive amount could be added to change the election result.

I’ve read that U.S. vote tally information was sent across our national border to vote control centers that adjusted the votes in Barcelona and Frankfurt to accomplish an inauthentic vote count total.

Today I read about another memory card in Georgia with untallied votes that was discovered, “look what I found,” and those votes were just added to the vote tally there during a recount two weeks after the vote time deadline. That sounds wrong to me too. Supposedly that card was there all along and it failed to be loaded on vote day. That doesn’t sound within the bounds of appropriate voting rules. Georgia seems hell-bent on doing the same wrong voting practices that were seen during the official vote counting period. Georgia’s procedures are so flawed that people have lost confidence in the Georgia Governor and Secretary of State.

In the meantime, I hear a lot of radio conversations about the element of human error instead of the element of human fraud. The fraud seems no accident to me and human error doesn’t satisfy as any kind of explanation for the wrongdoing that has become widely known across the nation.

I don’t know if all the stories I read are true but there are sure a lot of them that sound similar.

What do I think? I think that computer mediated vote tallies with algorithms that make cheating easy can lead to dystopia. A dystopic form of government is one that gives perks to people with the most power and that doesn’t repair harms to others who have little power. When you by-pass the feed-back loop of voter approval and a voter’s power to vote against bad governance, you destroy the human mediated control of governance. This bypass breeds tyrants.

Because an algorithm doesn’t care about voters. And before you know it, instead of good governance, we have government corruption and predation. And we already see that. We’ve seen Obamacare with mandates and shorter American lifespans and doctors committing suicide and healthcare inflation. We’ve seen covid restrictions of ordinary people to keep them from earning money in jobs outside government in the ordinary commerce of life. We’ve seen covid restrictions of natural rights, like the right for healthy people to go to church and to gather together. So many hungry kids–I hear between 20% and 35% of children are hungry. Not enough jobs for those who want one. People losing ground economically. And now with voter fraud, people losing ground politically. So how long has this kind of voter fraud been going on?

Another thought: if our votes don’t count because an algorithm can intervene and change vote counts, who is choosing our election results and if not the interest of voters, than what interest is at play? If our votes don’t count then this is cyber warfare. And it may involve enemies of the United States at home or abroad. Can we stop this war with the technologies of the past? Perhaps we must all fight against computer mediated tyranny with computers. According to Sidney Powell, the algorithm that was used to alter the election result has been elucidated. Will this discovery be enough to restore authenticity and fight off this cyber-warfare attack? Are our courts ready for the 21st century?

The Department of Justice, DOJ, Attorney General Barr admits that there’s credible claims of fraud in the 2020 election. Trey Trainor, head of the FEC, or Federal Election Commission says that he also believes that fraud has taken place in 2020 and that the 2020 election is illegitimate.

When you see on-line claims that there’s no fraud in 2020, be aware that Barr, and Trainor disagree with that claim.

Richard Pilger, the previous head of the Department of Justice’s Voter Crimes Unit resigned his position when Barr sent out a memo of concern about voter fraud in 2020. Was this professional cowardice? Wasn’t election fraud investigation an important role that he once promised to perform?
